- 45 Pre-Incident Plans, all in the same template and format, revolving around the floor plans of high-hazard properties.
- A 34-square-mile map book for the entire township with uniform design and organization, available both on paper and digitally.
- All content to be uploaded to Active911 for access by township departments and mutual aid organizations.

- Training program to increase high-hazard operational education and culture, and assistance with an increase in their ISO rating.

Aniline has provided us with one common source to compile and review our mapping and pre-plan information. Aniline's willingness to address our specific needs and developing integration with our response software (Active 911) has helped us access vital information quickly, which has definitely contributed to a safer fire ground.
The professionalism that is displayed on the walk-throughs has improved our relationships with business owners, municipal officials, and residents. We have also been able to show them how this information can help them with their daily operations, enhance safety, and provide information to their insurance companies.
The ISO rep that was here was very impressed with the quality of the pre-plans.
2025 FEATURED PROJECT

Maris Grove Senior Living Community
Location: Concordville, PA
Fire Department: Concordville Fire and Protective Assn.
Assisting Organization: Erickson Senior Living
Maris Grove is a senior living community of about 1,400 residents, prompting hundreds of emergency runs a year for Station 59. Erickson Senior Living supported the fire company by providing all required drawings, vital information, and walk-throughs necessary to complete this project.

Over 50 hours of training have been completed by Concordville Fire and their mutual aid representatives. Classroom, simulation, and practical training have provided their members and staff with tools for efficient use of resources by incident command and apparatus officers.

Application of Structural Pre-Plans Series 3
Our team worked with the members and staff of Concordville Fire in the development of a Structural Pre-Plan for the Arrive Chadds Ford apartment complex, which was the focus of our 2025 training event. Members were provided with 12 hours of training over four evenings, qualifying the department with our series 3 training program.

Members and staff started with a discussion to review the addressing of the property, hazards associated with the property, and fire protection systems that can be utilized as an asset during operations.

Access to the Structural Pre-Plan for the apartment complex has been available on mobile devices and MDTs for the fire department to reference. During this training, all members were provided the plan to reference.

After the quick intro meeting, members were provided the opportunity to stretch hose lines and position apparatus when given a dispatched address within the occupancy. Throughout the four training events, 4200' of pre-connect and high-rise racks were stretched, and 11 aerial mains were placed to apartment balconies.
