Overview of Services
EMERGENCY UNITS ARE DISPATCHED TO A FIRE AT YOUR HIGH-HAZARD PROPERTY.

In a large or complicated building, the emergency services may have challenges operating within the occupancy.
A 911 caller is reporting a fire in apartment 247, reporting that they are trapped in the bedroom.

Upon finding the apartment, a sprinkler head has activated and is flooding the building, and now must walk around the building to find the sprinkler controls.

Without a pre-incident plan to reference, the fire department is unable to locate the reported fire apartment before they arrive.

The fire department locates a stairwell, but are unable to locate a hose connection to extinguish the remaining fire.

WHERE IS THE FIRE INSIDE THE BUILDING?
WHERE ARE THE SPRINKLER CONTROLS?
WHAT IS STORED IN THE BUILDING?
ARE THERE ANY
STAIRWELLS?
WHAT IS BEST WAY FOR US TO ACCESS THE BUILDING?
ARE THERE ANY HAZARDOUS MATERIALS?
ARE THERE ANY SMOKE FANS WE CAN USE?
WHAT IS THE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION TYPE?
IS THERE A BASEMENT IN THE BUILDING?
WHERE ARE THE HOSE CONNECTIONS?
DOES YOUR LOCAL FIRE DEPARTMENT HAVE
THE VITAL INFORMATION REQUIRED TO PRESERVE LIFE AND PROPERTY?

First Responders have Mobile Data Terminals that support quick and efficient access to critical information.
Our pre-incident plans are uploaded to the county 911 system for reference.

Our team works with developers, engineers, and property owners to ensure the fire department has the information they need when responding to new occupancies in their district.

We take life safety plans, plan packages, and
as-built plans and convert them into the 911 format for fire department
pre-incident plans.

Our representative meets with your project leadership to walk through the occupancy to aggregate vital information and imagery.
Floor plan and walk-through information is aggregated into a final pre-incident plan, which is provided to the fire department to review and approve.
