|About Us

Our team leads in the innovation of fire service pre-incident planning for large high-hazard occupancies, providing state-of-the-art resources for fire companies. Our team is comprised of five first responders who specialize in emergency services mapping and pre-incident planning, as well as firefighter education. As of January 2026, Aniline provides resources to more than 75 fire departments across Delaware and Pennsylvania.

Aniline was created in late 2019 in response to a mid-rise fire in Claymont, Delaware for fire departments that lacked the resources to properly map and pre-plan large high-hazard occupancies in their jurisdiction. Since then, we have formatted and published structural pre-plans for over 65 million square feet of commercial, multi-residential, and industrial occupancies. The information we aggregate, organize and publish has been used on a daily basis since 2021, providing fire companies with an upper hand within the jurisdictions they serve.

Principals

A investment in public safety and firefighter education.

Discipline

Aniline keeps a 1-on-1 reliable line of communication with each emergency service organization that we work with. Each of our five Aniline representatives operate in emergency services on a weekly basis, maintaining a 'boots on the ground' mentality that is vital for the production of pre-incident plan resources that will are utilized in the field almost daily.

Innovation

The partnerships that we have with 35 departments has formed an organic network of innovation, information sharing, and relationships. Our first pre-plan 5 years ago looks foreign to our current standard thanks to countless suggestions and input from hundreds of firefighters. Funding is provided by a range of fire department budgets, emergency management budgets, and private companies that sponsor pre-plans for emergency services.

Education

Our team has reinvested in fire department training and firefighter education, developing a reliable 3-series training program for firefighter education and development. Fire departments in the Delmarva region also have open access to our incident command training unit, providing incident commanders the opportunity to utilize Structural Pre-Plans under pressure, and for firefighters to understand what information is valuable to the incident commander.
