Chateau Perry Apartments
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Fire Department: Ross Township Fire Departments
Assisting Organization: Zaremba Management Company
Our team completed and published a pre-incident plan for this four-story type 2 multi-residential building in Pittsburgh, PA. The published pre-plan was followed by 24 hours of training for the township fire department and their mutual aid, ensuring all members understood the application of the pre-plan, as well as the hazards associated with the occupancy.
